The staff welcomed pets, the room was clean and modern with a fantastic bathroom, and the location was charming and convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to Creps bus stop in an industrial area.

We booked adjoining rooms for a family but were very disappointed to find that the rooms were simply next door to each other and had no interconnecting door. With a 4 and 8 year old this was far from ideal.

Hotel was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. Super beds, central heating, a work desk and a TV set in the room. Polite staff interactions. Great customer care, parking on-site. Everything good.

This hotel met every demand! My stay was very comfortable which is good for a visit.- The breakfast was plentiful and great, such variety, with cheese and sausages, for example.- The staff were welcoming and consistently courteous.

We chose this hotel for it's location, it is very close to where we needed to be. It is modern and clean with air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We ate at the adjoining restaurant as we were tired and didn't want to drive again. Rather overpriced. Just two small gripes, although we booked a double room we were only given one tea bag and one coffee sachet! Also allocation of towels could be more generous.
